"READING THE FEET SEMINAR" - Maidenhead, Bucks -31st May 2009
Discover what feet can tell us about personality and potential by examining their shape, colour, imbalances and strengths. This one day seminar will be a mixture of theory and practical work on each other. Reflexology is known for connecting areas of the feet with parts of the body and reflecting areas which are out of balance - learn to read the underlying character traits that can cause many of the presenting problems. The workshop was very well received at Holistic Health 2007 in Donnington, now a day seminar brings this fascinating skill to London. Bring a cushion, towel and wipes for the practical sessions. (5 CPPD points)
"BODY ALIGNMENT & FREE ENERGY FLOW" - Oxford University, 21 November 2009
In this inspiring session Sheila will be describing the importance of aligning the body to help improve mobility, posture and health. If one joping is out in the body then the rest are also under pressure to compensate. This can use a lot of energy. Also to prevent further damage and disruption the body can tense up and take on defensive postures, which will eventually lead to bad habits and functional disorders. Sheila will be demonstrating how various concepts and practices of many therapies can be used to combat such problems.
