Free Flow Head to Toe Energy Alignment
This treatment can be carried out in conjunction with a Spinal Touch treatment, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage or separately to encourage alignment of the joints of the head and flow of energy through the cerebral spinal fluid, which surrounds the brain and spine. This encourages a free flow of energy from the head through to the lower body.
Energy points are touched to encourage the free flow of energy throughout the body to remove any blocks, which may manifest in physical and emotional tensions and pain. Checking where tension and traumas are being held in the body and using energy correction techniques, restrictions and resistance can be released to allow the body to relax and energy can be focussed on goals and not diverted or lost.
